 Buxom Blonde KölschOur Blonde Kölsch is an ale, fermented at cool temperatures and cold-stored and aged for about two months. It is subtle, with a light grainy Pilsner malt aroma and flavor. There is a grainy malt sweetness up front, but has a crisp finish so that it never really seems sweet. It is a lower-alcohol beer, approximately Alc. 4.5% by Vol., with just enough hop bitterness to keep things balanced. |  Revealing RedOur Revealing Red Ale is a balanced beer with moderate malt character that comes across as toasted with subtle caramel notes. A deep reddish-copper color comes from dark malt which adds to the dry finish. Hop bitterness is evenly balanced and hop character is low. The toasted notes are key to the overall background of the beer and it is essential that all elements are balanced. Knotty Red Ale is a malt-focused beer that has an initial sweetness and a roasted dryness in the finish. |  Mean Monkey HefeweizenBRONZE MEDALIST 2016 - San Diego Int'l Beer Festival. Our flagship beer, Mean Monkey Hefeweizen (Weissbier) is a pale and refreshing wheat-based ale that features a unique banana and clove yeast character. It has a phenolic aroma, due to the yeast strain, that sets it apart from other beers. Highly carbonated and very lightly hopped. Hefe (yeast) weizen (wheat) is healthy, easy to digest and tastes great. Weissbier is the “breakfast beer” of Southern Germany. |

 Eye Crosser® IPAOur Eye Crosser® India Pale Ale (IPA) is an Imperial IPA that is intensely hoppy but not harsh. The intense hop character of our IPA is created by insane amounts of bittering and dry hops, resulting in approximately 80 IBUs. A creative mixture of pale, wheat and caramel malt balances the intense hop character and alcohol content (Alc. 8% by Vol.), resulting in a continental, rather than a west coast, style IPA. |  Secret Sidewalk IPASecret Sidewalk is a West Coast-style IPA that pays homage to a local landmark nestled at the base of Niles Canyon. A subtle peppery quality and moderate hop bitterness make this a flavorful lager. |  Mein MärzenMein Marzen is our Oktoberfest Marzen, made with imported Vienna Malt. The beautiful maltiness is well-balanced with Tettnanger and Hallertauer Hop bitterness. Bavarian yeast and 10-week cold storage make for a traditional and tasty Marzen! |
 GPA MelonThis is the first in our small batch series that we highlight with a single German hop. This batch focuses on the Huell Melon hop which adds a honeydew melon and strawberry aroma which makes for a refreshing addition to our warm weather beer lineup. All ingredients including malt, hops, and yeast are imported from Germany. |
